Emily Perepa, LCSW, ICST, Director of Intervention Services

Emily Perepa, LCSW, ICST is a licensed clinical social worker and internationally credentialed sand tray therapist. 


Emily has expertise in developing and implementing individualized, neuroaffirming, trauma-informed support plans using evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, Theraplay, and Trust-Based Relational Interventi

Emily Perepa, LCSW, ICST is a licensed clinical social worker and internationally credentialed sand tray therapist. 


Emily has expertise in developing and implementing individualized, neuroaffirming, trauma-informed support plans using evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, Theraplay, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention. 


She is a graduate of the UIUC School of Social Work and completed the Attachment and Trauma Fellowship at The Baby Fold, where she received specialized training from Dr. Huffman.

Elisabeth Anderson is a neuroaffirming provider. This means that she understands that individuals have differences in their abilities and how they interact with the world around them – differences which are not considered to be deficits that need to be “fixed.” Rather, she considers neurodiversity to be natural human condition.

Dr. Jennifer is an Illinois Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Pediatric and Lifespan Neuropsychologist with 25 years of experience. She is board certified in Pediatric Neuropsychology and fellowship-trained in Adult and Geriatric Neuropsychology. She is a PSYPACT provider, Florida telehealth provider, and a a Nationally Register

Dr. Jennifer is an Illinois Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Pediatric and Lifespan Neuropsychologist with 25 years of experience. She is board certified in Pediatric Neuropsychology and fellowship-trained in Adult and Geriatric Neuropsychology. She is a PSYPACT provider, Florida telehealth provider, and a a Nationally Registered Health Service Psychologist.

 

Dr. Jennifer founded the Neuropsychology Center for Attention, Behavior & Learning, PLLC (nicknamed The ABLE Center) in 2011.


She believes strongly in the importance of integration of home, school, and work supports to help individuals overcome their obstacles and enhance their strengths. 


She supports individuals in the school setting through participation in IEP and Section 504 meetings and is also a trauma and PDA educational consultant and provides independent educational evaluations of neurodevelopmental and neuropsychological related differences impacting education.


Across all settings, she focus on neurodiversity-affirming, connection based, client-led approaches that support a person's natural growth and development across the lifespan. 


Most importantly, Dr. Jennifer is neurodivergent herself and provides evaluations and consultations with lived experience of learning and social differences.
