Dr. Jennifer Huffman and her staff offer a personalized approach to consultation, evaluations, and supports by and for neurodivergent individuals using services that are neurodiversity-affirming, connection-based, trauma-informed, and low-demand.

Dr. Huffman is an expert in neuropsychological evaluation and consultation of Autistic, PDA, Twice exceptional, and other-neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan.
She is neurodivergent (PDA) herself and offers evaluations and consultations with lived experience of learning, social and sensory differences. She has worked with autistic individuals across the lifespan and their families for 25+ years.

The book aims to empower neurodivergent minds, particularly those with Autistic PDA, by enhancing their understanding of their unique brain functions through the analogy of being a "Brain Detective." It presents information in a child-friendly manner to support self-advocacy, effective communication, and the development of personal agency.
